Yes. Each password is generated locally in your browser using the Web Crypto API — a cryptographically secure random source. Nothing is transmitted to a server or stored anywhere.
How long should my password be?
At least 16 characters is a good baseline, and longer is better. Length adds far more security than swapping in a few symbols.
Should I use symbols and numbers?
Mixing uppercase, lowercase, numbers, and symbols increases the number of possible combinations, which makes a password harder to crack. The generator turns each set on by default.
Do you store the passwords I generate?
No. Generation happens entirely on your device. We never see, send, or save the passwords you create here.
